GOVERNANCE & LEADERSHIP
The school is governed by a board that includes the founders and the managing director.
This governing board plays a crucial role in the decision-making processes as well as guiding the overall direction, creating new goals and reviewing the policies of SAKKARA LANGUAGE SCHOOL MAADI.
The school is led by a team of administrators who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school. This administrative team includes the principal, principal assistants, an event coordinator, and heads of departments. They work collaboratively to manage various aspects of the school's operations, such as the follwoing:
Academic Affairs
Curriculum development, teaching and learning, student assessment, and academic performance. •Student affairs: Student welfare, discipline, counseling, and extracurricular activities.
Operations
Facilities management, human resources, finance, and logistics.
Public relations
Communications with parents, the community, and stakeholders.
Professional Learning Community coordinator
PLC coordinator identifies needed professional development courses and allocates the time and resources to ensure that all staff members fulfill 90 hours of professional development (training) every 5 years.

The administrative team works closely with the governing board to ensure that the school's vision and mission are effectively implemented and that the highest standards of education are maintained. They are also responsible for making decisions on a day-to-day basis and addressing any challenges or issues that may arise.
